I’ve used Elliot a few times over the years and every time I’ve been so happy. The work is fantastic, beautifully executed and his demeanour makes the experience even better. He cares about your home so protects what needs to be protected and always clears up afterwards. Always punctual, always delightful to deal with. Can’t recommend him highly enough. Windows 10 with intel core i5 2nd gen with 8GB RAM and a 1TB SATA hard drive. My son was updating the new version of Fortnite when the problem occurred.

My son has a gaming PC and every time he turns on the computer it won?t boot up to windows. There is a blue screen which gives various troubleshoot options, we?ve tried all of them and no change. Can anyone help resolve this issue? We?re based in ED. Many thanks! Niky

I?m looking for someone to repair some wooden sash windows. I?ve noticed that although double glazed there is condensation between the two panes. Not sure if this means the panes need replacing? The windows are approx 10 years old. Any advice gratefully received! Niky

I contacted Andrew over the weekend to fix some guttering that had fallen down. He responded promptly and completed the job today (even dealing with some unfortunate hidden extras at no extra cost). I texted Glen from AGS refrigeration on a Sunday (after seeing all the recommendations on here)asking him if he could fix my American style fridge as it had started making noises. By the end of Monday my fridge was fixed! He diagnosed the problem over the phone so had the correct parts with him and he stuck to the quote he had given me. Very efficient service with no hidden extras. Highly recommended.
