Reading the positive comments about Shutters Up in this forum I also decided to contact them. Unfortunately i lost faith in the company before even getting the chance to meet them. This is because they twice cancelled an appointment. The first time they cancelled just a few hours before the scheduled visit (the person that was meant to visit got sick). The second time they took they initiative to cancel following an email i sent asking to be reminded when the appointment is scheduled for. It is a shame because I'm sure they do a great job. But I can't allow myself to give them a third chance. I felt let down as a new customer.
