PREGNANCY YOGA WORKSHOP, Sunday 27 November, 2-4pm, PUSH Studios, East Dulwich, ?30 I still have a few spaces left for my Yogamama pregnancy yoga workshop at the beautiful Push Studios in East Dulwich on 27 November 2-4pm. This is a one-off prenatal workshop (perfect for second time mums wanting a pregnancy yoga refresher or for mums who can't make a regular yoga class). We will go through some gentle yoga flow sequences, breathing techniques for labour and end with deep relaxation. They'll be tea, cakes and lots of opportunity for questions.   2. The Yogamama Workshop - yoga for pregnancy, birth and beyond Sunday November 27th 2-4pm PUSH studios, 17-21 Blackwater Street, London. SE22 8SD (just off Lordship Lane) ?30 A 2 hour workshop covering asana (yoga postures and gentle yoga flow sequences), breathing (essential techniques to use in labour), relaxation and beautiful mantras. There will also be a chance to discuss specific issues and worries, not to mention tea, cake and plenty of sweet treats. You'll take home a pack of useful and inspiring materials to help you to continue with breathing techniques and a pregnancy yoga practice at home. WHY DO PREGNANCY YOGA? Pre-natal yoga is empowering and enables women to feel prepared and confident about their pregnancy and labour. Practicing yoga in pregnancy can also keep you strong, calm and help you bond with your baby. DO I NEED TO HAVE PRACTICED YOGA BEFORE? Absolutely not. The workshop is open to all pregnant women whether you have practiced yoga before or not. There will be ways to modify poses for different stages of pregnancy as well as for any pregnancy-related issues such as PGP, lower back problems, morning sickness and carpal tunnel. WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THE WORKSHOP?
