Hi Shrub, I have dug out my invoice and the fance were self regualting. Intelligent moisture tracking fan 12v for the bathroom and kitchen 240V. They were ?705 with installation by damp works. A damp course was ?305. I also has rsin and crack bond repairs to the outside my house at ?225 and then a stormdry treatment to the outside of my house. This water proofs the exterior and sort of makes water bounce off and not penerate through. Best 2k i spent. I reccomend the company. My damp has not returned two years on.

I second that. Lee came over at the weekend and fixed a cast iron leaking soil pipe. Tidy, quick and under budget.

I used a company called Dampworks and they were very good. I had damp in several areas of my property. A dampspray course and some fancy fans resolved the issue.

I called Lee yesteday told him that I had a leak which has caused issues for my neighbours down stairs. We arranged for him to come first thing in the morning. Within thirty minutes he fixed the leak that another plumber did not and saved me a hefty bill. Lee said that I had him for another thirty minutes and so he bled my radiators, fixed my bath, showed me how to top my boiler up and screwed the handle back onto my gate. I have now booked Lee to reseal my bath and put a new sink into my kitchen. He's thorough, a good rate and I would highly reccomend.

My son has started at the new school near Bellenden Road. The Belham. I have to say, I am very impressed by the school. The children are always out and about learning about the local area. Various school trips. Really good outside play activities, with lots of time in the park and every Wednesday making some sort of contraption with cardboard boxes. My son was not short of confidence however his math and english have really come on a treat and finally I only have good things to say about the parents being really friendly and inclusive to all.

I put my son down for six schools in order and a separate application to a new school in the area - Belham Primary. I was not offered any of the six I wanted but did get into Belham, which is a briliant school. Two weeks after my boy started at Belham - he was then offered a place by my top three choices however I was really happy with Belham so stuck with that.

Hi Having recently moved back to East Dulwich with my little boy, I would like to get him enrolled in some activity clubs over the weekend period so that he can burn some of that toddler energy off. Grateful if anyone can let me know of any local groups. Thank you

Hi I have just bought an ex-council flat which comes with a outside lockable storage unit. I never got the keys from the seller, the door is locked and thus I need to either have the door taken off and replaced or somoe how prize open the door and have a new lock fitted. Can anyone recommend ........a person for the job. Thank you Katie

Nike saved my bacon last night!! Not only did he fix the job he came to do he fixed several others and saved me from a flood. Highly recommended.

I'm going to vote Nike to be mayor of ED. He is a funny bloke , hardworking, trustworthy and very skilled. He plumbed in my washer, fixed a bloody awful leak, sorted out my oven and basically made sure that my young son and I had heating. Can't recommend him enough.
