Hello! We are Daniel and Radana and we just (last Monday) opened Victor's Lab in the Bussey Building (SE15 4ST). You can have a first look here www.victorslab.co.uk We just wanted to flag to all the fresh mums that we have a Pilates Mum & Babies class every Monday from 10:30 to 11:45. This is leaded and instructed by Darren Tickle (http://ticklepilates.com). This means you can come to the class WITH your little ones who can run everywhere while you exercise. This costs ?14 for 75 minutes and we do an introductory offer which for ?30 gives you access to all our regular classes during two weeks (not the Workshops unfortunately like the legendary Beyonce vs. Rihanna Dance Off on the 1st of February).
