Hi EDF, I think it is right and proper to let people know when you've received excellent service from a local trader so others can benefit too. I dropped off an intricately tailored garment (Ajkan) for some tricky repairs and alterations to FoF last week. Having just picked it up I can't begin to thank FoF for doing an outstanding job. Dave Bassom came to our home today and fitted a carpet in two bedrooms, hall, stairs and landing. I think that his work is excellent, the service was prompt and reliable & his charges were very reasonable. Kenny Raine 07961 888 724. Kenny was recommended by local boiler engineer PM Bennison because he was fully booked. He came around and within an hour my boiler was firing on all cylinders again. Very reasonable charges too.

Alex, I understand that you may have had a bad experience but nobody is perfect. I'm sure that it wasn't intentional and that circumstances must have been really serious.Don't forget Tree surgery is immensely strenuous and occasionally very dangerous. Hamish lives on my road and we always call Hamish when when the need arises. The last time Hamish did some work for us it was in my front garden. I wasn't home and Hamish gave me his home address for me to pop an envelope with his fee in through the front door. I've always found his work to be second to none & his service outstanding. Max
