I would also highly recommend jamie and lee , WD scaffolding quick tidy and do exactly what is required , also scaffold can stay for a month if needed ,as a damp proofer builder I use them all the time

There at it in sydenham high street , saw an older lady dressed same as the beggars on high street , with bag on wheels .opening bags of clothes from bins , and kp just leaving all the rubbish on the path

Hi there I'm a damp proofer and there now need for lime plaster , if I was plastering wall that's been hacked of back to brickwork ,then I would use westerham sand that has all salts washed out with pure cement (no chemical additive in ) and I would always add a sika waterproofer to the render mix ,then re skim , if it was a case of just re skimming then I would just seal with pva ,or sbr and re skim with multi finish , if you want me to pop over and give you a price give me a call ,07932505589 I have a few recommendations on the forum

Hi there my girlfriend car was vandalised last Sunday morning around 1am in peak hill ,also around 7 others had keys scraped along them or the wing mirrors smashed off , bill of around ?500 to repair,also heard from my mechanic mate that cars in thickett road had been vandalised as well, looks like having a drop kerb put in is the only way to keep cars fairly safe from these half head vandals

Hi there , you need to insulate your wall , build stud frame and insulate with ceplex insulation board (or kingspan ) then put plastic sheet over insulation and studs then plasterboard on top and skim I done a few of these jobs ,if there's a radiator on wall then that will need re hanging on new wall

I use central rubbish all the time ,quick reliable,and dispose of rubbish properly , you can pay cash when they clear it or by credit card over the phone

Check your outside cills aren't letting water in, meaning they haven't got a decent fall on them so water can run away , also when windows where put in they may have been made good with bonding which will act like a sponge and cause moisture and damp into the house

Hello mate , every fireplace I have bricked up or covered up I have put air brick at bottom , if vents at top then there will be bad circulation at bottom which may cause moisture , I would cover up top vent and punch hole three bricks up and put either air brick or cover hole with a hit and miss plastic vent, if you need a price for job let me know,

A massive recommendation for gallows locksmith in Melbourne grove, had a brand new key cut for my van in under 5 minutes ?25 , had previously went to timpsons at sainsburys bell green and they wanted almost ?200, also they cut a key for me 4 times and still didn't get it right , any keys need doing gallows locksmiths is the place

Went to the woodhouse pub last night on sydenham hill , fantasic pub , all been done up brilliant garden, with private booth , the inside has 2 bars ,also for eating you can book the chefs table so you can watch while your food is being prepared , outside they have a burger shack , had the burger last night was fab , staff are very friendly,large dinning area at back of pub with a big log fireplace in the middle ,so very cosiee , also great choice of largers beers (youngs) and craft beers,had a great night there
