  1. Hi, It seems like when you put the shade on you might have pulled on it slightly and pulled one of the wires out of the rose. This is easy to fix, simply unscrew the rose and check the blue and brown wires I can bet one of them is not connected. PLEASE make sure to turn the trip switch for your lights off before removing the rose. Kind Regards Mark

  14. Here is my main point, buying a refurbished computer from dell is the same as buying a cab drivers old car, It will have high mileage, been used every day until he got a new one. Dell rent pc's to offices and once they are returned they sell them. Office pc's used every day for most of the day without a break/only ever turned off at night. The cpu will have been under lots of pressure and will be half burnt out. So why would you buy that when for a cheaper price you can buy a brand new one with 3 year's warrenty? it makes no sense to me at all when the spec's of the pc from pc world are better than these old refurbished dells. The NHS and many other companies use dell just for the fact that they get them cheaper or rent them. Plus this lady has already had refurbished desktop's and had problem's with them.
