Ex-fleet foxes drummer Josh Tillman aka father john misty.. Here's a cut from the new album.. Ignore the "video" which looks like someone's holiday snaps and just listen to the track.. Lovely stuff

Update time.. Plumped for the mini schnauzer pup.. Called him Eric and he's ace, not the greatest nights sleep, but to be expected and the cats don't appear overly bothered by him so all good
-
thanks again for the advice.. think i'll steer clear of the greyhound and the lurcher as i couldn't bear them attacking other animals.. i'm a proper animal lover, breaks my heart when the cats bring anything in, to be fair though 9 times out of 10 i manage to rescue whatever they bring in
i wasn't aware of the high-pitched bark on the schnauzer, not too keen on that
basically i love cats.. would like a dog as well, but it sounds like i want a dog as close to a cat as possible.. quiet, chilled and not likely to be too agressive.. easy eh
-
even the most recent show Man Down which he appeared with Greg Davies was classic.. what a hero from my teenage years with the Young Ones onwards.. sadly missed
-
thanks RPC.. i'm thinking a smaller dog than a large.. maybe when i eventually move to the sticks i'll get something bigger.. in the meantime the mini schnauzer is looking like the one
-
having re-read the title i see what you are getting at :)
that's something i certainly wouldn't want
-
so sad and such a shock
-
i think whatever i choose it will be picked on initally
just hope it doesn't remember when its older
-
could be quite entertaining

thanks Mustard and Pokertime..
my neighbour has an Alastian and they don't seem too bothered by him.. plus we get foxes in the garden and i've seen one of the cats take a swipe at a fox so i don't really think a pup would massively phase them..i got them from a rescue centre as kittens and there was dogs at the centre as well
just want to make sure i get the right balance with chosen breed.. i'm swaying towards a miniture schnauzer as a friend has one and says it loves his cats.. anyone have an opinion on schnauzers?
also will check out the Pedigree Exposed Dogs site
-
thanks for the advice asquarius moon.. a laid back dog is just what i'd like.. i'm sure if my cats could talk they'd agree
-
ah ok.. maybe a jack russell is a possible then.. there is so many conflicting opinions and seeing as the cats came first and are very much loved i want to avoid making a wrong decision
-
Thanks Hagrid.. I really like Jack Russells.. But from what I've read online they are to be avoided, along with most terriers.. So kind of confused
Maybe terriers to be avoided then?
Thanks for the advice

When I turned off earlier there was lots of police and vehicles etc.. Looked like a major incident to me
-
My mistake in the header, I meant brenchley gardens.. Area was cordoned off earlier as I was driving from forest hill road downwards
My local corner shop owner said it was a hit and run and two had sadly been killed
So sad and shocking at the same time
-
So it wasn't a hit and run by the sounds of it.. That's awful
-
Anyone know of a supposed hit and run that happened in Benchley gardens earlier this evening?
Black domestic short haired tom cat missing from Surrey rd Nunhead se15

Wilf is missing from Surrey road se15 since we believe Sunday morning, although could be Saturday eve?
No sign up until now and it's Monday morning
Unlike him to venture too far and with yesterdays rain very surprised he hasn't returned.. He has gone walkabout in the past but it's rare
He's all black and microchipped and can normally be found in either the gardens on Surrey road and the gardens backing onto them on Hitchisson road
He's probably sought shelter in a shed/outbuilding so please have a look as I'd be very surprised if he's ventured very far.. He's quite a vocal cat so if you hear him help him out.. Thanks
Any sign contact me on 07884-472780 or [email protected]
Thanks
