thanks Mustard and Pokertime.. my neighbour has an Alastian and they don't seem too bothered by him.. plus we get foxes in the garden and i've seen one of the cats take a swipe at a fox so i don't really think a pup would massively phase them..i got them from a rescue centre as kittens and there was dogs at the centre as well just want to make sure i get the right balance with chosen breed.. i'm swaying towards a miniture schnauzer as a friend has one and says it loves his cats.. anyone have an opinion on schnauzers? also will check out the Pedigree Exposed Dogs site

thanks for the advice asquarius moon.. a laid back dog is just what i'd like.. i'm sure if my cats could talk they'd agree
-
ah ok.. maybe a jack russell is a possible then.. there is so many conflicting opinions and seeing as the cats came first and are very much loved i want to avoid making a wrong decision

Thanks Hagrid.. I really like Jack Russells.. But from what I've read online they are to be avoided, along with most terriers.. So kind of confused Maybe terriers to be avoided then? Thanks for the advice

My mistake in the header, I meant brenchley gardens.. Area was cordoned off earlier as I was driving from forest hill road downwards My local corner shop owner said it was a hit and run and two had sadly been killed So sad and shocking at the same time
-
So it wasn't a hit and run by the sounds of it.. That's awful

Anyone know of a supposed hit and run that happened in Benchley gardens earlier this evening?
