Yes there use to be an old man quite often up by dulwich plough who directed traffic and whistled you know I think now he may have had a harmonica ?!

Thanks he seems ok now , it was all abit of a shock because he was on his own so we just received the aftermath which was utter panic .

Thankyou ruffers , it was actually my god son who witnessed it and since I told him it was the police he seems abit less stressed as he seemed to think it was men trying to kill a man ! I suppose to a young boy a truncheon does look like a small black club !

Yesterday afternoon my friends son witnessed something which has left him traumatised . He had gone to get some juice and on his way back there was a man just walking behind Him quite normally . The next moment he heard and saw a car rev up and come directly at him and the man and 5 men got out and started beating the man with clubs on the floor , he ran home , what on earth happened ? Did anyone see ? I put police lordship lane in the title because obviously they were called !

I started this thread straferjack just to ask if anyone knew if the rules were actually changing or if indeed they had already changed , and if they had changed to be aware that tickets may start to be given at other times of the day ! That all that this thread was about .

Oh please , come on , it was never ment in anyway. Like ruffers said for me too it's a very handy stop on the way home if in need of something and if they take away the parking at the front I think it will be an annoying problem for the direct people living on roads behind it . I live nearer the horniman and I have never known parking at the front a problem for the flow of traffic going past !

I really hope they can't and won't but both the post office and sainsburys seem to think this is going ahead , one lady came straight out of the post office to warn me that it had already happened ?!

I heard today from two different people who worked on the paraide at the plough that they are changing the parking policy outside sainsburys to no parking at all , I so hope this isn't true ? Does anyone know anything ?

I'm so sorry to hear all this that's been going on . I live 4 doors up from you and you know me , please call round or I'll call round to see you ,you must feel quite shaken . My dog suffers the same anxieties but as you know mine is rescue and older , I think you have every chance to nip it in the bud . I myself have only heard them occasionally and there are other neighbours to you with dogs that bark too at cars outside . I personally think it's totally out of order somebody threatening you like this , don't forget I'm here if you need help x

If your talking about wasps then I got the pest control in and they smoke them out , don't try yourself !
