Hi All I know this might be a contentious topic but I'm looking for some advice regarding a property move from locals. We are currently in a 2 bed flat in E Dulwich and have been here for a while - thinking about selling the flat but have recently been informed that we could also have the option of remortgaging the flat and still be able to make the move to a property that we have found that we would like to buy. It would be interesting to get peoples views on what they recommend based on the E Dulwich market at the moment plus Cameron's new restrictions on BTL etc... Cheers

James did a good job for us recently as I needed someone to hang pictures on our walls. He was reasonably priced and finished the job in a speedy manner. I would definitely recommend him.

Hi I used Niko for a small job. It took him less than 10 min for a good job,,to finish however as he hasn't initially clarified the price he was looking to charge me ?40. I found him to be quite expensive and he wasn't keen on giving me a cost which was a downside. Agree a few upfront.

You may be onto something here Collin......something seems a bit fishy (no pun intended) here....The YO sushi thing keeps coming back to me and it feels like this could be some sort of sick viral social media campaign launched by the restaurant chain...think we should keep our eyes peeled for hashtags at the end of such graffiti work!
