In their defense I have never had a bad experience of the pool, it's very clean and if you go at the right time very quiet. There is the odd swimming gala which closes the pool but these are advised well in advance.

I'd agree with your comments, an additional frustration is the number of machines that are not working properly at any given time, and the lack of aircon in the upstairs gym. I've definitely noticed it slipping in the last few months.
