Hi lovely community, I'm hoping to leverage the wisdom of this forum. We have a rat problem - they're in the floor/ceiling cavities in our property. We've had 6 hours of investigative assessment from Aspect who believe the rats are accessing via the property next door. We're had workmen try to fill the access point with wire wool and expandable foam, but they're just not able to find (or perhaps aren't finding all) access points from our side. The landlord of the property next door refuses to act to investigate or do any work on his side. Does anyone have advice on what to do with rats in adjoining properties/sets of flats? Hello. Does anyone know a carpenter (or very handy handyman) who could build and fit an alcove unit for us? We're hoping to get the classic white cupboards at the bottom (for our TV) and white shelving above - similar to at the attached picture (but maybe not quite as fancy). If anyone has a recommendation or had has similar work done I'd really appreciate any details you have. Many thanks, Sarah
