This is one of the more depressing things to happen to the Lane in a while. The old owner was a legend and always had a minute to chat-- while also feeding seemingly everyone in ED on a Saturday morning.

That's ridiculous! Does the landlord not mind losing BIG bucks in rent not having it filled? I don't know how people can afford it.
