Another recommendation for Jafar: he recently fixed our loo's broken flush mechanism - came over to look at the problem the day I called him, then returned the next day to fix it. On both occasions, he gave me a rough idea of when he'd arrive (depending on his previous jobs), then called me half an hour in advance to let me know he was on his way. He's super-helpful & nice.

Another recommendation for Aria/AFE Plumbers! Aria recently fixed a faulty valve on our cold water tank, and was friendly, efficient and considerate (offering to take off his shoes at the door to protect our carpet!) Great service.

Another recommendation for Norwood Roofing! David got back to me quickly with a quote (including photos of the roof areas that needed repairing), then booked to return within a few days to do the job (again emailing photos of the work done.) A relief to get the roof fixed!

Hi, Large shrubs (laurel etc) are threatening to take over my garden, and I'm looking for a garden expert who can give me a quote for pruning them back, and also advise on when's the best time to do this without damaging the plants. (I am keen to keep the shrubs but just want to reduce their size.) Thanks! Rosie
