Hello, I'm looking for recommendations of gardeners/landscapers who will remove a small area of grass lawn and lay a very small astro/fake grass lawn instead, with all proper drainage etc for a fair price (once lockdown has ended and it is safe to do so). Please send through details of anyone you have used and would recommend. Thanks!

Our cat Winston has been missing since Sat 22nd August - prior to this he has never missed a meal as he loves his food! He usually hangs out in the gardens backing on to each other between Lugard/Caulfield/Kirkwood/Brayards Roads but we think he may have gone further and can't find his way back - or been shut in a shed/garage/house that had windows open at the weekend. He is black and white with a distinctive black 'patch' over his right eye. His brother, Franklin, is missing him terribly. He is microchipped and neutered. See photo attached. If you see him please let us know, and we'll come and collect, or keep hold of him if you can. THANKS!

Sylwester Wiacek carpet cleaning - recommendations?
chieftan81 replied to devsdev's topic in Request a Tradesperson
I called Sylwester last week having seen this post on the forum and he's just been and done an excellent job in cleaning our carpets following building work by some very inconsiderate builders! He's finished more quickly than originally expected so adjusted the price according. Very pleasant and courteous guy, I would definitely recommend and will use again. -
The Spin Doctor (Appliance Repair) Recommendation
chieftan81 replied to Mrs Tinks's topic in Reviews
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Steve - he came to look at our broken dishwasher - was honest in advising it wasn't worth him fixing it and didn't charge for the call out. Made a great recommendation for a new product and where to get it cheapest, then came and installed it, was punctual, friendly and competitive. -
Our kitten Franklin (9 months old, so now a small cat)is missing from the Lugard Road area near Kirkwood and Caulfield Roads. He's only used to going out the back of the house and we think he may have got himself lost and is hiding out somewhere as he'll be rather scared. He's a black and white short hair with very distinctive large front paws (an extra toe on each one!) and is microchipped. Very missed by us all and his brother - please reply and let us know if you've seen him or know where he is. THANKS
