  1. Big shout out to Darren of D Long Roofers. He was round at ours anyway dropping a liner down the chimney for Angus at Firefly who's installing our new wood stove. and he just went an fixed a major leaking gutter while he was up there.   2. We've used Colin loads and I couldn't recommend him higher. Reliable, reasonable and such a good guy.
  3. Hi all Just wanted to share a recommendation for Colin the Handyman. He has been to ours a few times already and he has done painting, hanging blinds, making a bin-tidy, fixing our gate. The list goes on. Not only is he reasonable, he is reliable, professional and a really good guy. The kind of guy you know you can depend on and will help you out.   6. Hi all Wanted to tell you how pleased I am with handyman Colin, who came yesterday. He fixed up roman blinds, a squeaky drawer, hung a tricky mirror. He worked solidly and effectively. He was courteous and pleasant. And very reasonably priced too. I'm glad to have met him and have already booked him again to sort out our bin tidy which is too short and a few other things.   10. Steve and his crew (Russell and Dean) moved us out of our old house yesterday and they were fantastic. They worked hard all day, took care of our possessions and were really friendly. That and very reasonably priced. Steve and Nicky also helped me pack up on Friday. The only breakages we had were my husband and I dropping a teapot at the end- and that was completely our fault. Really excellent service. Thanks to Steve and the gang, we are in our new place. They even made the beds back up in plenty of time for the kids' bedtime. Now that's service
