I'm on temporary break to heal from surgery and need to make a call on a day-by-day, week-by-week basis as to whether I will have enough energy to teach. With music from all over the world, Nia is one-hour class of choreographed moves based in dance, martial arts and healing practices, such as yoga. Nia is a light-hearted way of improving fitness, overall health and just feeling better. Dance your way. Feel better. What's not to like?
I'm running Nia classes at the East Dulwich Community Centre on Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm and Thursdays 9:30-10:30am. Free first time to Nia. ?8 drop-in thereafter.
