  1. Another recommendation for David I’ve been training with him for almost a year now. It’s great way to stay committed and meet those exercise goals. He is really flexible will adapt sessions depending on your goals and targets has managed to train me despite a minor injury. Takes time to understand what works best for you. Sessions are always fun and enjoyable with lots of encouragement rather than shouting!
  2. Does anyone know how long the power was off for? Just returned from holiday.
