Well well well, the vendor has decided to not to sell after all! They can't find any where nicer in the area so they've postponed their sale for at-least a year. So we're back in the market looking at properties in Dulwich. Is anyone here selling?

Thanks Guys, It is quite an active forum. I think we will love Dulwich. In the interim our offer on a small (~55sqmt) 2 bedroom flat near WD has been accepted at ?400,000. Its a ground floor garden flat. What do you guys think? Regards - A & N

Hi Guys - We're a 30s couple from Clapham and soon going to have a baby. We are planning to move to Dulwich but are confused about the pros and cons of East/West dulwich. We both work in the city and love a vibrant high street. Although this would change I guess. Can some experts pencil down their advice? Regards A & N
