Have you suffered from post-natal anxiety? Would you be willing to share your experience and thoughts on camera? I?m a broadcast journalist and I?m making a short video with the aim of raising awareness and destigmatising this illness. So many women are suffering alone. I would like to reflect the experience of mums who?ve come out the other side, so that others going through it ? and their families - can identify their symptoms and receive the understanding and support they need. Hi - I lived in Norway for many years and the expensive image it has really only applies if you smoke and drink heavily :)) It's one of THE most amazing child friendly places and people there are incredible. Bergen is stunning and you can get direct flights from Gatwick for a great price. Trondheim and Stavanger also highly recommended. Once there, the train system is the best and cheapest way to travel. You can get standby on internal flights too and seat are regularly available. It's the cosiest most wonderful place. Go! X

Hate visiting the dentist but I would recommend Smile (North Cross Road). I went to Grace and she was brilliant. I had two fillings (one was a replacement). I found several staff at the Dulwich Dental Clinic to be rude and the clinic is quite impersonal. All staff at Smile were very pleasant and I felt comfortable and welcome.

I've been searching for a really good massage in south London for a lonnnng time! I work really crazy hours and I've always found it hard to find a salon that could accommodate a realistic appointment for me and also give me a really good massage to help me properly unwind. I have discovered a therapist based in the heart of Dulwich village and she's awesome!!! She works from home and her massage room is so welcoming (heated bed etc..I tend to get quite cold during massage). She used a blend of hot stone, myofacsial release (amazing btw), swedish and indian head massage on me. It was incredible and so well priced.
