  1. Do pop along tomorrow if you are free, come and meet the lambs, goats, rabbits and Guinea pigs from Surrey Docks Farm! As well as face painting, games, biscuit decorating, henna tatoos, bbq, bouncy castle and lots lots more! Everyone welcome!
  2. The Friends of Dog Kennel Hill School summer fair is on 1st July and we are excited to say we have Surrey Docks Farm on site from 1pm-3pm with a small petting farm. If you are free and looking for something to take your children to do pop along and join us. We will also have a bouncy castle, face painting, lots of fun games and some of our school bands playing!

  4. DKH used to use it up until a few years ago but our sports days are now held at Alleyns.
  5. The Friends of Dog Kennel Hill School would like to offer their deepest condolences to all Barbara?s family and friends and all the staff that worked with Barbara over the years. This has been a big shock to our school community - Barbara was loved by pupils and parents past and present. We also want to thank all those who helped on Friday and for all the words of support that have been offered to our community.

  7. Friends of DKH school still have a few trees left for sale and will be up at the school tomorrow 10am-2pm.

  9. For anyone living locally to Dog Kennel Hill School, the Friends of DKH are selling Christmas Trees. All profits go back into the friends charity to help fund lots of enriching opportunities for the kids at the school. 🌲🎄🌲🎄🌲🎄🌲🎄 Our shopify page is now open for orders. https://dkh-friends-store.myshopify.com Orders need to be made by the 24th November - collection on 4th December. Car parking also available, if anyone wishes to pick up a tree by car.
  10. DKH school is holding a number of open mornings for potential new nursery & reception starters next September. Come and look round our lovely school, meet some of the staff, children and parents! There will also be a chance to see our new onsite Forest school, funded by the friends, a fantastic new resource for the school.   11. Blackheath has string lights zigzagging across the road, looks lovely. Sure something like that would be fairly cheap?
  12. Hello, Dog Kennel Hill School is having its Christmas Fair at 3.30pm to 5.30pm, on Friday the 8th December. We have a raffle with some great prizes, including a signed England shirt, designer jewellery,theatre tickets, and many vouchers for treats at businesses in and around East Dulwich and beyond. There will be lots of music from the kids, art, food, Santa 🎅🏼 and a small Christmas market. Hope to see you there:)

There will be a small Christmas market and we're keen to hear from any local artisans and businesses who would like to have a stall at this busy event. It runs from 3.30pm to 5.30pm and is open to the public as well as the school community. Email [email protected] if you would like more details.
