  1. Hi Nicky, You are correct, SELKENT rules do allow for players to be signed up after Sep 1st and we do have to have a minimum number of players signed up by that date to avoid a ?5 fine. However in order to sign a player up, we need to have their registration documents approved by a registration administrator, these are Selkent officials who sign off on our players to make them eligible to play. We have been advised to hand deliver and collect the registration documents from the administrator to eliminate the risk of them being lost in the post. This hand delivery and collection takes a lot of time for a club volunteer to travel their and back twice. As such, the clubs policy is to have all our players signed up by Sep 1st where possible to avoid the additional trips that one of us will have to make at the clubs expense. If you have any other questions or queries, please contact me. Kind Regards Chris Dulwich Youth FC
  2. Hi Nicky, Our registration deadline is the end of next week, this is so we have enough time to complete all the neccasary paperwork to ensure all the players are eligible to play competitively in the coming season. Unlike many other clubs, all our players will get to play in competitive games against other clubs in a league next season. I believe it is a great opportunity for newcomers to the sport to have a go and enjoy themselves, we are a new club playing in the SELKENT C division so there will be chances for players of all abilities to have a go. Unfortionately in September it will be to late to register your Son, if you wanted to register your son it would have to be done at the start of next week. If you have any other questions please do contact me. Many Thanks Chris Dulwich Youth FC
  3. If you want to sign up you will need to have sent the form in the post by TUESDAY 12TH AUGUST. We are still looking for a few more players Website: www.dulwichyouthfc.co.uk Kind Regards Dulwich Youth FC
  4. The training sessions will last between 75-90 mins. So that will be 2-3.15/3.30. We cannot confirm the exact timing though, as these will depend on pitch availability. If you have any other questions please do ask. Thanks Chris Dulwich Youth FC
  5. Hello Nicky, Our plan is to have training between 2-3pm on a Saturday afternoon for all teams, however this is not set in stone and this might change next season. Matches will be on a Sunday. The times of these matches will vary from week to week as the Kick Off times are not determined by us. If you have any other questions please do contact me. Many Thanks Chris Dulwich Youth FC

  9. Hi PippaD Here are the answers to your questions 1) The cost is ?32 per month (?8 per week). This is only for the 9 months of the football season though. (Sep-May) 2) The first round of league matches is on Sunday 21st September, however there will be training before that and the possibility of friendly matches against other local teams. 3) There is no requirement of parents to attend matches or training. However the club at this point in time is not able to provide travel for away games. Children can either make their own way to games, there parents can drop them or you can form carpools. If you have any other questions, please do contact me. You can visit our website at www.dulwichyouthfc.co.uk
  10. It would be possible to enter a girls only team into the SELKENT league, there are no rules preventing it. However the girls only team would be playing against predominantly boys only teams as SELKENT does not run a girls only division.
  11. Training will be on a Saturday afternoon, times may change but we plan to start at 2pm until 3.15pm. Matches on Sunday will differ every week as we do not set the Kick Off times, these are set by the league so we have no control over these. We do not have a ground yet but we are looking into using either Dulwich Park or Bel-Air park, our ground for next season is yet to be confirmed.
  12. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to set up a girls only team. This is due to the lack of a girls league in SE London. However we are more than happy to welcome girls into our teams for next season. Please visit our website for more information: www.dulwichyouthfc.co.uk If you have any questions please do contact us.
