Hi, My name is Owen Wilson and I'm a friendly local guitar teacher, helping children and adults develop on the instrument (Acoustic/Electric/Ukulele) I currently have a few week day slots opening up. I have been teaching in the Dulwich area for the past few years privately and also at a high school and various primary schools. I can provide references on request. I'm a Registered Guitar Tutor (RGT), who can take you through grades on Acoustic or Electric, which can help with additional UCAS points. I overwhelmingly help pupils achieve the top Distinction mark in exams. As well as grade based learning I like to develop other sides of musical understanding such as: - Learning songs - Improvisation - Composition - Music Production - Ensemble and band playing. I am currently taking students through their RGT grades (handy extra UCAS points) which is a fun and structured way to progress on the instrument. Group lessons can be a god way to spread costs or for younger players to play learn with a friend. I can do home visits or at my well equipped studio on Consort Road. I can teach various styles and hep prepare you for theory exams if required. As well as the formal side of teaching, I have helped many adults pick up the guitar again and get playing some of their favourite songs. Hi there, We recently used Bronzewood. Their final product is very good, although it did take some time to get fitted. The gate is now installed and I can send pictures if required. You would need a JCB to get through it now!
