Hi Cassy149, He would be more than welcome. We are starting Monday. It's a beginners class from 8:15pm to 9:15pm there are a range of others coming along from 18-60. No dress code but please come along in something you feel comfortable in. Hope to see you there!

Hi all, I'm currently helping organise a Curriculum Evening at my Primary School. The focus this year is P.E (Health and Fitness). Along with offering demonstrations for parents of what the curriculum has to offer children in primary education the staff team are hoping to promote local groups, clubs, organisations and business' that help promote healthy lifestyle for the family I have been asked to get information and possibly contact any local community group who might me interested in either coming along or for us to distribute information for. The school is in Sydenham...but welcome suggestions nearby as well as...Lewisham...Catford....Peckham....Crystal Palace....Forest Hill...I am aware of Power Pramming across the South of London and have heard of... Baby Salsa? These are a great start but any more help would be appreciated...maybe you are a member of something that would be of interest or know of someone who is or runs something along these lines. Please let me know and I will follow up any suggestions. Thanks!

Hi, I nominated myself (foolishly)to try and find a venue for my work christmas party this year. Have a mixed group young and older that are looking for somewhere to have a nice dinner and then have a little bit of dancing. Looking in the area as well as, Greenwich, Sydenham, Bromley. Workplace is in Sydenham so trying to find somewhere that is convenient for most people. I know i'm not going to be able to please everyone and not every one has a great deal to spend that time of year so a lot of things more central are out the running but anyone got any suggestions? ??????
