I've been training with Simone since January and I couldn't recommend her highly enough! Training in a relaxed environment where, don't get me wrong, you are seriously pushed! But nothing past your limit! I've noticed my fitness levels have improved hugely and if I could I would definitely train more than once a week with her! The great thing is as well is you can split the cost of pt sessions to make it much more affordable whilst getting the same level of training as if you were by yourself! I would never use the money I spent at Simones training sessions if I spent it at an expensive gym so it's worth every penny and more!

I'd also like to recommend Simone - I started personal training sessions with her on Monday and it was brilliant! I was really nervous to begin with but as soon as I entered the gym she put me straight at ease. I felt instantly comfortable and had such a good time exercising which I cannot stress how much I usually hate! Thoroughly recommended!

Hello all! My name is Izzy and I've lived in the local area for about 9 months now (near North Dulwich station). I currently work in Brixton 3 days out of 7 one week and 4 days out of 7 the next week. I am available for the above services (childcare, babysitting, pet sitting, dog walking) on the days I am not working (which are change flexibly week to week!) I also finish each shift at 4:30pm so would be available evenings for work. I am a qualified social worker, paediatric first aid trained, a clear DBS check, experience with children of all ages but particularly aged 4 and under. I also have nannying experience in the local area as I was doing the morning school run with a local family for the past 4/5 months. Hi all, I've recently picked up a very old singer sewing machine. I don't have the best of knowledge of sewing machines but after hours of trying, I still can't get it to work 100% (mainly problems with thread tension). Does anyone know a local place I could take the machine to see about getting it fixed? It's very heavy! Thanks so much!

Hi all, I just wanted to post up here about an incident my partner witnessed yesterday in the park - a woman in her early 30s in her car with her 18 month old baby was assaulted by a man who attempted to strangle her and punch her through the window when she refused to let him in the car. My partner and some other people assisted the woman by dragging the man away from her - he eventually left the park. The woman said that she was in a relationship with this clearly very dangerous man. Basically although my partner contacted the police, he did not get any of her details. I have been worrying about her safety all of last night and into today and I just wanted to put this post out there in case any of the other witnesses got any more information from her and could contact the police or if in fact she reads this herself to encourage her to seek help to keep her and her child safe.
