I'd like to add my recommendation of Lee Hanby, personal trainer. Lee is personable, approachable and genuinely cares about his clients, making particular notes of what does/doesn't work for you. As some of the previous posters have noted, his routines are varied and his enthusiasm means that sessions always end on a high, even if you start off feeling a bit reluctant. If you are looking for serious results, I'd really recommend you have a chat with Lee - he's one of the good guys!
