Need painter/decorator to re-paint water-damaged living room walls & ceiling, in SE26, (near Overground). Quotes needed fairly soon for insurance. Actual work can be fitted in later. Tradesmen, please reply in the first place by email on which days you are available to come and view, as I need to co-ordinate timings. I need a few quotes for the insurance and want the viewings to happen on 1 day, so I can make arrangements to be at the flat.

Balcony letting in water underneath balcony door threshold. Loss adjuster recommended flat roofing expert to fix. Looking for tradesmen to remedy. Recommendations?
