We have managed to get hold of some cheap kitchen units incl gas oven - they need to be ripped out, driven 15mins and put in the empty kitchen space we have. Looking for a quick one day job. Help anyone?

In order to get a mortgage, we have to install a kitchen sink that can run hot and cold water in our new home. The kitchen had been ripped out before the owner had put it on the market. Is anyone available this weekend and can quote us a price of a cheap sink installation (including the sink unit - any old thing is ok!) to get the mortgage application approved?

Hi, We're looking for direct quotes and recommendations for end of tenancy clean. The property is a small 2 bed house with laminate flooring downstairs. The property is carpeted upstairs - on the one flight of stairs, small landing area and two small bedrooms. There are no significant marks or stains but the landlord has requested that we have the carpets professionally cleaned in addition to the standard end of tenancy clean. Please PM if you are able to offer this service on 13 September in East Dulwich incl your price quote and breakdown of what is / is not covered.
