    Our 4th Annual Wreath Making Workshop – Join Us! It’s that time of year again! We’re so excited to share that our much-loved Wreath Making Workshop is back for its 4th year and we’d love you to join us. This has become a real local tradition the perfect way to kick off the season together (without saying the “C” word just yet 😉). Every year it’s such a joy to see familiar faces returning with friends, and to hear how much everyone looks forward to it as the start of their celebrations. Hosted by Kerry Flower (Together we Breathe) and Elizabeth Meggasi (Dulwich Petal Project), it’s an evening filled with creativity, community, laughter and of course, a few drinks and mince pies!   11. Exams can be a particularly stressful time for teenagers, and I offer one-on-one sessions specifically designed to support students through this challenging period. With a focus on managing stress and anxiety, I guide teenagers through a range of practical techniques that can be applied before, during, and after exams. In our sessions, we explore: Breathing techniques to help them stay calm and focused, especially when anxiety arises. Coping strategies to manage feelings of overwhelm and stress, ensuring they have tools to regain control during intense moments. Positive affirmations to build self-confidence and maintain a positive mindset throughout the exam period. Relaxation techniques to unwind and release tension, providing much-needed mental and physical rest. My goal is to create a supportive and calming environment where teenagers feel equipped to face their exams with confidence and ease.     Strategies for managing menopause naturally Belinda will be explaining how to initiate a natural approach to managing menopause, emphasising the significance of lifestyle adjustments and decisions. She will be sharing resources on how to alleviate certain menopausal symptoms, fostering a sense of empowerment among participants. You will gain a better understanding on how to use nutrition and dietary choices to improve menopause symptoms. During the presentation Belinda will be using kinesiology (muscle testing) to test any food imbalances on willing participants.
