Hi, We have had a very bad experience with a builder who started demanding money upfront and went way above his original quote. After paying him for work done so far we refuse to use him further as he won't provide a new quote for work that was originally quote at a lower price. We are looking for honest builder who can complete the work that still needs doing please: 1) screed the floor in the main bedroom. (old screed has been removed, floor levelled and damp proof membrane laid (I think thats what it is) 2) level bedroom 2 as it appears uneven and sloping to party wall 3) repair ceiling and plaster to kitchen 4) before laying screed to main bedroom is it possible to hide radiator pipes as at present they run along the wall? 5) option of moving surface boxes (plug points) into the walls I need all this work done before I can get the damp proofing done to the flat. I am on a tight schedule. So recommend some one who can help with all this. Thanks, Kay
