Hello there! I'm starting Vinyasa Flow yoga classes at St Barnabas Parish, Dulwich Village, Tuesday evenings 8pm - 9pm. My style is challenging and fun, and will strengthen your mind and body. Join me on the mat from 7th October 2014. Mats and props are provided, no need to book. Classes are ?8, your first class is just ?5!
