Our latest recommendation for Aria/AFE - we've had him or colleagues round several times in the last few years to fix various things. This time fairly simple installing a new washer inlet to fix a leak - good communication on when to attend, arrived on time, very efficient and capable as usual, a pleasure to work with, reasonable price, would very much recommend. I think some people on here forget how many terrible tradespeople are out there, Aria and colleagues are generally the opposite in my experience.

Chalk another one up for AFE: efficient, friendly, reasonable price, highly recommended.

Another recommendation for Gary Vu. He's great. We've had him for various jobs. Personable, totally capable, efficient and reliable, reasonable costs, pragmatic suggestions for problems we've had with this and that. Brilliant.

Brad and his team completed a pretty big job for us, hallway and stairs of a 3 storey house, plus two bedrooms. They managed to fit us in round some other big jobs, which we were very grateful for. They were great to work with, very accommodating when we had to make changes to the spec, especially being so clean and tidy and keeping dust to a minimum, for example vacuuming up after each round of spot sanding during the day. They even added some carpentry work here and there which we wouldn't have been able to fit in otherwise. We were pleased with the finish, and they're coming back to do our spare bedroom. Adam

I can also recommend Aria, accommodating in fitting our job in (although fairly late to the first appointment...I think he's busy with EDF customers!), and when doing the job today very efficient, reasonable rate, kept me well informed. Will be booking him again for another job, if he's not too busy...

Another recommendation for Derek and Roy from Finishing Point. They were very helpful throughout, helped me move furniture at one point, helped work out what order to do things in. Roy was a pleasure to work with. All on time, on budget, in spite of having to replace one floorboard twice due to the colour not matching.
