There's been a couple of places that have come up for sale in these ex-local authority blocks and was wondering if anyone knows if they are safe. I know its a bit of a silly question to ask as its so dependent on who lives there. 50% is privately owned, 50% local authority. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts and ideas. Thanks

Lost moggy cat called Billi. He's 2 yrs 8 months and sporting a yellow florescent collar (no bell) and has a distinctive white stripe on nose, four white paws. He is microchipped.
