We're having a really bad experience on Goodrich Road as well - going by the postmarks, some of our post is taking 2-4 weeks to arrive... For anyone that has email Royal and/or the CEO, don't suppose you could share the format (obviously with your details removed) so I could use something similar to complain to them too?

We noticed some mouse activity in our house and called Critter Solutions based on all the reviews I'd read. Thankfully was not disappointed. As well as being extremely friendly, Roger and his son were very knowledgeable and worked very quickly to get the problem sorted - they even dropped round more than they needed to, and we've been mouse free since! I would highly recommend!!

I'm just going through this at the moment. Permitted Development (i.e. not needing planning permission) only applies to houses. I have the ground floor flat, and despite owning the freehold, I still need planning permission. This website was really helpful.. https://www.planningportal.co.uk
