I'd also like to put a good word in for Duncan and Alex. Duncan has been round a couple of times previously to fix my garage door which often needed adjusting because of some slip in the land. I've had other door maintenance guys come round before very happy to do a 5min tweak and take the callout fee! Nothing wrong with that I suppose but Duncan seemed keen to go the extra mile. He suggested that it would need a lot less maintenance if he and Alex were to re-hang the door to a different part of the building's frame, essentially fixing the recurring problem and probably doing themselves out of a number of repeat maintenance visits! It's been at least a couple of months since they did the job and it's holding up very nicely. It took them a couple of hours and was about the same as 2 callout fees. Duncan and Alex were friendly and professional from start to finish, big recommendation if you need any garage door work done.
