Have admitted defeat and am looking to purchase an MPV. I gather that this Citroen has won lots of awards but does anyone have any personal experience of this model - positives / negatives? Can anyone recommend a good builder to take a look at a large bay window in a 60s house? On the inside the wall below the window is damp. This is bad enough, but I've just heard scratching and have seen a large rat scratching away out there. On investigation it seems that the rat(s) have been going at the brickwork from the outside and if it's not sorted out soon they might get inside, which I can't deal with. I think I need someone to help find a temporary solution to stop the problem getting worse, but I also want the whole thing replaced- brickwork and window. Many thanks in advance for all recommendations- I was sitting watching a movie with the kids and this was not the nicest thing to be faced with!

Called Steve late yesterday - was round first thing this morning, identified issue with washing machine and had parts with him to fix the issue (new pump). Nice guy, very efficient and price seemed very fair. Highly recommended.
