Was this man called Billy from London Landscaping (not Landscape) company? He has no understanding of customer service and actually shouted at me on the phone for 10 minutes, simply because I ha an opinion about some flower pots. He just wanted to get as much money out of me as possible. He told me in no uncertain terms that he was the expert and had been hired because of that. He left me in tears. Following that he was rude and obnoxious for the rest of the job. I cannot fault the work and his team are joy to deal with but anyone looking for a pleasant experience please avoid this company and this man.
