Hello, I'm exploring the idea of renting my home in SE22 to holidaymakers in the summer, advertising on Airbnb or someone similar. But I would really like it to be managed by an agent, who does meet and greet, linen, cleaning etc. Does anyone know of a company that does this? I have contacted a number of these agents, and no one seems to 'do Dulwich'! Many thanks!

We are looking for a skilled book keeper to provide voluntary services to our small but dynamic social enterprise - West Norwood Feast. We have some office space in West Norwood, but the role would also suit remote working, as our records are kept on the cloud accounting software, Xero. Ideally, we would like a commitment of one day per fortnight, but the time spent can be flexible to suit your other commitments. We have a volunteer accountant responsible for management reporting, who is based in the East Dulwich area, so although it is not a requirement to be in East Dulwich, it would be useful! To learn more about the company and the events, visit www.westnorwoodfeast.com What we need In this role you will be responsible for: Updating the accounting software - Xero - with income, purchases and other banking transactions; Regular bank reconciliations and awareness of cash position Invoicing stall holders Electronic filing of financial records Occasional financial reports to assist management decisions Assisting our volunteer management accountant with monthly reporting tasks Experience of Xero or similar accounting software is required, as well as proficient use of Excel.
