I would recommend Chay at Bodytweak.co.uk He is really good. I thought I needed to be in a gym to achieve anything but he showed me that working outside is so much more beneficial. Also, as he doesn't have gym overheads, he is so much more affordable. Too many trainers are so overpriced. Just my opinion :-). Good luck
