I just wanted to post about Joe and team who did a brilliant job replacing a real mish-mash of skirting boards and architrave around our home. He was a pleasure to have at the house, worked above and beyond to get the job done, and tidied up after himself, which after 2 years of building work means the world to me. He is a thoroughly decent bloke and definitely one for the contact book, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again about work.

I can't recommend Ron and the team at Plastering Art highly enough. They came and completed beautiful work at our home and were lovely to deal with, professional, hard-working, and honest. Not to mention very skilled and capable of delivering work To an incredibly high standard. If you're looking for cornicing to be done and ceiling is to be put up they are the people to do it.

A huge recommendation for Steve Carter at Sundial. He already has a great reputation on this forum, and deservedly so. I did a lot of research into where to get our new sash windows, and having opted for Steve we couldn't be happier. From start to finish he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, a great communicator, very attentive, and his quote worked out at a competitive price, especially given the quality. In terms of the install, the guys who fitted the windows couldn't have worked harder and did a beautiful job. The windows look fantastic, the sound and heat insulation is greatly improved (and yet the slimlite technology Steve uses means you can't even really see that they are double glazed). Nerris has also dropped us in it... came to fit banister, was due to return to finish the job and hasn't. Won't return any calls, has completely disappeared. He also fitted the handrail badly as it's not lined up at all. Avoid.
