Hello, I just wanted to say that we had a side return kitchen extension and loft conversion done last year by Plus Rooms and we're thrilled with the result. When we were looking for a design and build company to work with I had a look on this forum for recommendations so thought this might help someone who is in that position now. We loved the designs Plus Rooms came up with, they really considered our needs and how the build would enhance our lives. Having a project manager was essential for us, and he was great at organising everything and making sure things ran smoothly, to time and to budget. The builders worked so hard and were even ahead of schedule on some occasions! We had a toddler and baby on the way so timing was crucial for us. we stayed put for the majority of the building works and the builders worked around us. I know some don't like you to be there, so again, this was important to us. We would definitely recommend Plus Rooms. Please don't hesitate to ask me if you've any questions.
