Hello, We are looking to complete a loft conversion and downstairs extension to the kitchen in Spring next year and are looking for recommendations for companies or architects to support with the design, planning applications, drawings etc. In particular for the ground floor extension where we will be knocking down an existing conservatory to create a more usuable room we need the support of someone who is experienced in making good use of space and light to come up with a design for a usuable room. Ideally we would want to work with someone who can support with all stages of the planning application and structural drawings so we can hand this all over to our builders. We are knew to this type of work so any recommendations will be greatly received. Thanks!

This is another recommendation for Saied. We highly recommend the services of Saied as he totally revamped our garden. We just purchased a house which had a 90-100ft garden that needed a lot of love. We read the numerous recommendations on the forum and decided to give him a ring to have a look and give us a quote. His calendar was full, as expected, but he managed to squeeze a week to have the work done at a reasonable quote. We then changed our minds the week before and decide to get rid of the wood decking done by the previous owner, to which he happily obliged, even though it caused the job to run over a 2 additional days. Saied and his colleague managed to clear over 11 tons of rubbish, decking, big boulders of concrete and asbestos that was buried in our garden by the previous owner. He took the pain to get rid of all this because the lawn/plants wouldn?t have grown as a result. We didn?t need to get a skip as he included the rubbish removal in his quote, a massive saving given the unexpected amount of junk. In addition, he built borders at the bottom of the fence to prevent foxes from getting into the garden from under the fence, laid a new lawn, planted flowers (he selected a variety of perennials/climbers to our budget), a herb patch and an apple tree as well as preparing the grounds for a shed to be put up at the back of the property. He worked in a clean, efficient and timely manner and the outcome far exceeded anything we would have expected. What makes working with Saied a delight is the passion and pride he takes in his work coupled with genuine courteousness. If you have garden that needs looking after or some expert advice to be given, look no further than Saied.

Hi, This is another receommendation for Peter. Peter and his team recently completed a total rennovation of our 3 bedroom victorian terrace. This included replacing rotten floor joists on the ground floor before laying new bamboo wood floors, painting all rooms. Completely refurbising 2 bathrooms with a brand new bathroom suite and tiling and underfloor heating, installing a new kitchen, again with underfloor heating, clearing out and boarding up the loft space, installing a new fireplace, rewiring the house, resolving some damp issues at the back of the living room, building new victorian style wardrobes in the bedrooms and alcove shelving in the living room, painting the whole house and repainting our bedroom when the colour we chose didn't turn out like we expected and I could go on. We gave Peter a fixed timescale as we had to move into the property by a specific date and Peter and his team worked hard to make that happen. All of the workmen were pleasant and took pride in doing their work to a high standard. Even when we added more things to the list of work for Peter to do he always made it happen and had a good attitude about it. I would highly recommend Peter and his team and in fact I have done to other friends who have been in touch with him. We will certainly use Peter and his team again when we are ready to build an extension on our property.
