    If you or a loved one has suffered a trauma - no matter how long ago - that is still holding you back from peace and happiness, perhaps consider an initial session with me.


    I'm a Somatic Experiencing (SE) Therapist specialising in helping others work with their body-mind's innate wisdom to overcome overwhelming events.


    A form of body psychotherapy, SE's pioneering approach helps the person safely process and release the fight/flight survival energy that got stuck when the event(s) happened. It is both gentle and empowering and has changed lives all over the world, including mine. I qualified in 2010.
