It goes completely against what I try hard to achieve & that is happy customers, clearly I have failed on this occasion. I must thank you for giving us the opportunity & supporting us & I am disappointed to have let you down, to say the least. I hope we have not completely alienated you.

I will not offend you by making excuses but please believe me when I say we have learned from this lunchtimes mistakes! I hope you give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.

Great minds! I was only speaking with the chef last night re this & from Saturday a rare breed burger will be appearing on our menu! Sharing boards will feature on our bar menu. Both menus will be available in both bar & dining room!

Thank you. We plan on using the dining room for family lunches & keeping the bar area for adults to enjoy. See you soon!

From next Monday we will be open from midday every day with the exception of Monday's when we will open at 5pm. On Tuesday, Thursday & Friday this week we are offering 25% off your food bill as we are still finding our feet in our new venue & all feedback is very welcome! Starting next Monday we will run our Monday night pie & a pint for ?10 offer (or small house wine or soft drink)! Hope to see you soon!
  9. Dear All - thank you for showing interest in our new venture The Lordship Pub which as you all know is on the site of the old Patch & Mag! Having lived in East Dulwich a few years ago I am no stranger to the area. In fact the first pub I tried to buy 7 years ago was what used to be know as the CPT, & one of my favourite places to eat in London is The Palmerston. We are having a launch party on Thursday, invite attached, however please RSVP to [email protected] as space is now very limited. We officially open at 5pm on Friday! Whilst we are new we hope you will allow us time to grow into The Lordship & any feedback will be gratefully received. We are tied to Enterprise (as is one of my other pubs The Easton) so there are restrictions but as members of SIBA & having a guest ale provision we hope to bring you some interesting beers that change regularly. Our menu will be made up of dishes freshly prepared using seasonal British ingredients (not home grown like The Patch I'm afraid)!!!! We look forward to seeing you all soon.
