  1. The thing is, if you are going to do it, do it right. Look at this signage (attached) at the end of St Aidens Road. Can anyone actually tell me what the limit is meant to be, and on what road it applies!?
  2. Not to go into all this again, but it's cause and effect. Waitrose tend to goto areas where the wealth is. Because your property is worth more there is a higher chance of waitrose coming to you. Not the other way round.
  3. Hi James. I love my local chippie on Forest Hill Road (sea Merchant), they have this week erected a massive bright flashing neon sign (on the edge of their land practically on the pavement). It is on 24hours per day. I am mostly concerned about the light pollution coming from the sign at night. My second concern is that it's pretty ugly and does not fit in with character of the street. Would such a sign require planning permission, and of so did they properly apply for it? I don't want to prevent enterprising businesses, and as I said I love the chippie being there, but the sign? It feels too much. Thanks Anthony
