Hi Tarah, Found your message on this Forum and decided that will explain our part of the story.Our company was targeted by awful woman with a lot of classic cars. She asked us to build for her orangery instead of bad conservatory she had.When I was signing the contract she said- we sue every builder walking to this door and always won.the bell should of ring for me. But I was absolutely sure that we do our very best so it has nothing to do with us. As you may remember, we take only small deposit, order all frames and take payment after it been delivered.She was behaving funny from the start and when her construction ?20k worth was delivered refused to pay, making stupid case of non existing damage.( we removed her old construction as per contract!)After consulting our lawyer, we understood that as goods where behind her gates it will takes us very long and expensive to get court order for removal and walked away... However, few bits were missing for her to put free orangery by someone else up and she was chasing how to get it. Writing Rubbish on different sites etc. Finally, we had to report her to the police and asked sites were we found damaging information and asked for it to be Removed.
