Indeed it is open and it is an excellent bar. Fashioned like a typical Spanish bar, where you have your tapas as a side to your drink, not viceversa! Glorious tortillas (the original Spanish omelette with several flavours), croquetas, pintxos...Mar?a also a very friendly owner. Worth a visit and repeat.
