David did a full inspection prior to quoting for the work, and gave me a clear quote, with a breakdown for all the work that would be carried out. He said the work would take 2 days but they were able to complete it in a day, plus they included some additional work on a side bay roof and extra chimmney stacks in the price. They also provided photos of what needed to be done and of the end results. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, and for the first time in ages won't be anxious when it rains!
